Jessica is talented, detail-oriented and has exceptional legal research abilities.
Jessica started at Baldini Lang LLC as a legal intern in 2018. After graduating in May of 2020, she joined the firm as a full-time Law Clerk. During her studies, Jessica focused on the growing sector of data privacy law. She closely studied the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and tracks state data privacy developments nationwide, maintaining a 50-state data base of privacy laws and regulations. Her training under the Baldini Lang LLC team has furthered her understanding of business and banking law and exposed her to a range of experiences, from employment law to complex commercial contract issues.
Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May of 2020. Graduating with honors, she was also an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Additionally, she took advantage of opportunities to learn about legal regimes abroad, participating in a highly competitive fellowship with the Croatian Mediation Association and an exchange program at Bar Ilan University Law School.
In 2017, Jessica received her BA in Political Science, with minors in Economics, Legal Studies, and Sociology from the University of Delaware.
