As a results-oriented attorney, Linda brings over 12 years of practical legal experience with commercial contracts, corporate transactions, compliance, and procurement.
Prior to joining Baldini Lang LLC, Linda served as an In-House Attorney for NC4 Inc., a provider of technology solutions that improve corporate security, supply chain management, emergency management, and law enforcement initiatives. She played a critical role in structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of sales, vendor, software licensing, SaaS, reseller, and master services agreements. She delivered common sense guidance on privacy, state licensing requirements, Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) compliance, and General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70 management.
Linda was a Senior Contracts Manager for Affiliated Computer Services, a global innovator of government, healthcare, and transit authority products. She handled federal and state procurement, negotiation of prime contracts and ancillary agreements, contract dispute resolution, and cradle-to-grave contract administration.
Linda began her legal career with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., a Baltimore based law firm, where she played a key role in supporting complex financing transactions and due diligence, ensuring proper business registrations, and conducting corporate governance activities. Prior to entering the legal profession, Linda enjoyed a successful career as a federal regulator of Medicare and Medicaid programs and a private sector healthcare consultant.
Linda received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Baltimore School of Law, B.S. in Finance from St. Bonaventure University, and M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
Linda is a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia, and U.S. District Court of Maryland Bars.
