Junior Partner

Jessica Peircey is a talented and detail-oriented attorney known for her exceptional legal research skills and strategic approach to complex legal matters.

Jessica began her career at Baldini Lang LLC as a legal intern in 2018 while attending the University of Connecticut School of Law. She joined the firm full-time as a Law Clerk in 2020, was quickly promoted to Senior Associate, and now serves as a Junior Partner.

Her legal training at Baldini Lang has provided her with a deep understanding of business and banking law, along with broad experience across a range of matters—from employment issues to complex commercial contract disputes. Jessica is particularly skilled in negotiating and drafting technology-related agreements, including core processing agreements, digital banking contracts, SaaS and software licenses, and third-party vendor arrangements. She also regularly advises financial institutions on regulatory compliance.

A recognized authority in data privacy law, Jessica closely tracks federal and state legislative trends. She has deep expertise in the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other comprehensive U.S. state privacy statutes.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2020. During law school, she served as an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and was President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Her international legal experience includes participation in a competitive fellowship with the Croatian Mediation Association and an academic exchange program at Bar Ilan University Law School in Israel.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware, with minors in Economics, Legal Studies, and Sociology.

Jessica is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
