Jessica is a talented and detail-oriented attorney who has exceptional legal research abilities.
Jessica started at Baldini Lang LLC as a legal intern in 2018. After graduating from law school in May of 2020, she joined the firm as a full-time Law Clerk and was quickly elevated to a Senior Associate. During her time at Baldini Lang LLC, Jessica has become one of the industry’s leading experts in data privacy law. She closely studied the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and continues to track the development of state data privacy laws nationwide, maintaining a 50-state survey of developing privacy laws and regulations. Her training under the Baldini Lang LLC team has furthered her understanding of business and banking law and exposed her to a range of experiences, from employment law to complex commercial contract issues. Jessica excels at negotiating and drafting complex financial technology contracts, such as SaaS agreements, digital banking agreements, and other third-party vendor agreements, as well as counseling financial institutions on regulatory compliance issues.
Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in May of 2020. Graduating with honors, she was also an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Additionally, she took advantage of opportunities to learn about legal regimes abroad, participating in a highly competitive fellowship with the Croatian Mediation Association and an exchange program at Bar Ilan University Law School in Israel.
Prior to law school, Jessica received her BA in Political Science, with minors in Economics, Legal Studies, and Sociology from the University of Delaware in 2017.
Jessica is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
