Senior Associate

Maggie is a results-oriented attorney who is focused on the details. She enjoys counseling organizations on the legal issues generated during business negotiations and building lasting relationships with her clients.

During law school, Maggie began her legal career as a law clerk working on various litigation matters, including personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Maggie then transitioned to a law firm specializing in estate planning, where she focused on helping individuals with special needs thrive while preserving their assets. In 2018, Maggie began working as an in-house attorney at Webster Bank, where her primary focus was drafting and negotiating third-party contracts. While she enjoyed working on corporate real estate matters and facilities agreements, she concentrated on technology contracts, including end-user license agreements; SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS agreements; master subscription agreements; cloud migrations; and statements of work governing the implementation of new technology as well as professional services to maintain and enhance existing infrastructure.

Maggie graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2017 and is a member of the Connecticut Bar. She holds a BA in Homeland Security from American Military University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
